welcome to secure printing with Papercut to get started we need to send a document to the find me printer each location has its own find me printer to use the printer we must select it from the pro drop down in the print dialogue screen the printer will it find me in the name now the document has been sent to the Papercut Q we can access it from any copier connected to Papercut to get access to your secure print you you must log into the machine with the access button this button should look like a door with a keyhole It may be located in different places on different machine models press the access button the Papercut msgreene will appear happy ID box and then your employee ID using the touch screen click login your username should appear at the top of the screen if you have waiting print jobs the Papercut print queue will appear to release a print job click the check box next to the document you wish to print you can select more than one document Time by clicking the check box next to each document you wish to print to print all jobs click the checkbox next to select all clicking the arrow to the right of the document will allow you to give you more print options such as Copy amount one or two sided or grayscale clicking the print button located in the right lower corner will release the document to the printer clicking the Ben button next to the print button will remove the document from the queue without printing be sure to log out of paper cut when you are finished too gout click the access button and click yes to the logout screen thank you for watching how to secure print with papercut
