School Psychologist (South Team)
Sloan Larriviere is a Specialist in School Psychology as well as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She is from Lafayette, La and has conducted psychological assessments for Comprehensive Behavioral Health Center since 2016. She conducts assessments for special education/gifted services and helps with the RTI model for academic and behavioral supports. She believes that developing positive relationships with students and teachers is a crucial part of the collaboration process. Sloan was a part of the convention planning committee for the National Association of School Psychologists in 2022 and 2023. Prior to working in Plaquemines Parish, Sloan worked full time as a School Psychology intern for Jefferson Parish Schools. Outside of work, her two French bulldogs take up all of her free time.
