IEP Coordinator PreK-2, Gifted/Talented, Child Search

I have been privileged to work in early intervention for 33 years.  My adventures in teaching began with 10 years in Orleans Parish, followed by 8 in Washington state, and I have worked with children and families in Plaquemines Parish since 2009. I am honored to have served as a public-school special education teacher and to be working now as an IEP Coordinator for preschool to second grade and also for our gifted and talented programs in Plaquemines. I love working with teachers and families across the parish. I am also grateful for my family which includes my husband, daughters, sons-in-law, magnificent grandchildren, my dogs, Pete and Larry, and my cat, Oscar.
