Shanna Ferguson, LOTR
 Shanna Ferguson is an occupational therapist who received her BS in OT from LSUHSC in 2002. She is currently providing services at BCES and has worked for PPSB since 2017. Prior to being school based at BCES, she traveled the parish working with students from head start to high school at BCHS, BCMS, PHX, SPES, SPHS, BCPS, and BV. She co-founded the Lego Club and Bulldog Buddies programs and was the assistant soccer coach for JV and Varsity soccer teams at BCMS and is part of the parish assistive technology team. Before becoming a school based OT she worked for 15 years in outpatient rehabilitation and has specialty certifications in breast cancer rehabilitation, lymphedema management, and ergonomic assessments. Shanna enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, the oldest two are studying at LSU and the youngest is a sophomore at BCHS.

 Kailey Kass received her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center of New Orleans in 2023. She brings experience from an outpatient pediatric setting, where she had the opportunity to work closely with children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, and a wide range of learning and motor needs. Her passion is helping students build the skills they need to succeed in both the classroom and daily life. She enjoys using creative, play-based, and functional approaches to support children in reaching their goals, whether that means improving fine motor skills, fostering independence, or enhancing sensory regulation. In her free time, Kailey enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
