IT'S OPEN ENROLLMENT TIME

During the October 13th - October 31st Online Open Enrollment for 2026, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Enroll in PPSB's group health, dental, vision and other supplemental insurance plans that are payroll deducted.

  • Make changes to or cancel existing coverage and dependents.

  • Update your beneficiary and dependent information.

  • Remember to have your beneficiary and dependents dates of birth and Social Security numbers.

Important Dates to Remember

  1. 2026 Online Open Enrollment: October 13, 2025 - October 31, 2025

  2. Health Insurance Focus Group Meeting is scheduled for October 13, 2025. We will let sites know who their representative is for any questions that you may have. The School Board's decision to go self-funded shows as PPSB grows in success! We do not foresee any significant changes at this time. For non-twelve (12) month employees invited to the Health Insurance Focus Group Meeting, you will be paid a stipend.

  3. Informational Medicare Presentation for current Retirees and/or potential retiring Employees: October 13, 2025

    • Location - Woodland Central Office (WCO), 1484 Woodland Hwy., Conference room 311

      • Retirees under age 65 - 11:00 A.M.

      • Retirees age 65 - 2:00 P.M.

How do I participate in Open Enrollment?

Please refer to the attached document titled "2026 Open Enrollment Instructions" for step-by-step guidance on how to start your enrollment. You can log into Employee Navigator.

Do I need to participate in Open Enrollment if I'm not making any changes or not enrolling in PPSB insurance and/or benefits?

Even if you are not making any changes, we encourage you to check your benefits in Employee Navigator. This helps ensure our records are accurate and up to date.

If you are waiving coverage, please indicate that in Employee Navigator.
