Exciting News for 2025 Benefits Enrollment!

We’re making it easier than ever to enroll in your benefits! Before you get started, please be sure to have the Social Security numbers and dates of birth for all your dependents and beneficiaries on hand. This information is necessary to complete enrollment.

Annual Open Enrollment: Simplified for You:

In an effort to offer the best rates, benefits and service to our employees and retirees, PPSB moved to a once-a-year open enrollment period at the end of the calendar year. This means most benefits—health, dental, vision, cafeteria plan, life insurance, accident, sort and long-term disability, legal and more—will have the same start date, making it easier to manage.

MetLife’s New Voluntary Benefits for 2025:

We’re excited to announce that MetLife will be offering most of the voluntary benefits beginning in 2025, replacing previous carriers like accident, disability, critical illness, United Concordia dental and vision. These new benefits will be payroll-deducted, which makes managing your benefits simpler and more convenient.

The Combined Benefits Administrators (CBA) team is ready to assist you with your enrollment. Call them at 985-845-7191 if you have any questions. The CBA team is dedicated to helping you navigate enrollment!

Health Savings Account (HSA) Participants:

Just a quick reminder that HSA participants will not be eligible for Access 2day Health due to IRS regulations.
