Exciting News for Your 2025 Benefits Enrollment!

We’re making it easier than ever for you to enroll in your benefits! Before you get started, please be sure to have the Social Security numbers and dates of birth for all your dependents and beneficiaries on hand. This information is necessary to complete your enrollment.

Annual Open Enrollment: Simplified for You:

In an effort to offer the best rates, benefits and service to our employees and retirees, PPSB is moving to a once-a-year open enrollment period. This means all of your benefits—health, dental, vision, cafeteria plan, and more—will have the same start date for 2025, making it easier to manage.

MetLife’s New Voluntary Benefits for 2025:

We’re excited to announce that MetLife will be offering most of the voluntary benefits starting in 2025, replacing previous carriers like accident, disability, critical illness, United Concordia and vision. These new benefits will be payroll-deducted, which makes managing your benefits simpler and more convenient.

To help you compare your current coverage with the new MetLife options, the Combined Benefits Administrators (CBA) team is ready to assist you. Call them at 985-845-7191 for a detailed comparison or if you have any questions about the changes. The CBA team is dedicated to helping you navigate these updates.

Important Note About Payroll Deductions and Carrier Changes:

Starting in January 2025, the benefits previously provided by other carriers will no longer be payroll-deducted. Please check out the How to Enroll Flyer for more details, or reach out to the CBA Team at 985-845-7191 for assistance.

HSA Participants:

Just a quick reminder that HSA participants will not be eligible for Access 2day Health due to IRS regulations.
