South Plaquemines Elementary Receives $60,000 Laura Bush Grant

Marsha Kay Hammond, South Plaquemines Elementary librarian, was awarded $60,000 for the Laura Bush Grant.  Hammond, principal Theresita Ancar, and student Danielle Barthelemy attended awards ceremony was held at St. Rosalie school.  Congratulations Ms. Hammond!
