Congratulations, Ms. Picou!

After thirty-four years in education, Cheryl Picou announced her retirement at the end of May.  Ms. Picou has done outstanding work in the Plaquemines School District as a teacher, Principal and lastly as Director of the HeadStart program.  Ms. Picou was recognized at the School Board Meeting on April 2nd for her contribution to Plaquemines Parish schools.
