Farewell to Chairman Williams

Byron Williams receives a plaque of appreciation from Supt. Eva G. Jones at the May School Board meeting.  Mr. Williams is resigning from the Board to take the position of Director of Public Service for the parish government.  As a representative for District 1, he has served on the School Board for five years and been Chairman of the board for a year and a half.  Mr. Williams was honored by fellow board members and all those present at the board meeting.
