2007 Breakfast of Champions

 

Over one hundred students from the three parish high schools joined the ranks of the highest academic achievers at the Breakfast of Champions that was held April 26th.  Students were honored with a festive breakfast menu, and they were treated to the inspirational words of WWLTV’s Morning Show host, Sally Ann Roberts.  In addition, each student received a gift bag with a Breakfast of Champions tee-shirt and other event mementoes.    A special segment of the program honors “The Fiftieth Child,” the student whose actions are truly outstanding over the course of the year.  One student from each school is selected as “The Fiftieth Child” for their school, and at the Breakfast of Champions only one student is selected “The Fiftieth Child” for the parish.  This year’s parish honoree is Mark Richards of Belle Chasse High School.
