PreK & Kindergarten Spring Round-Up
For the 2008-2009 School Year

PreK - Your child must be 4 years old on or before September 30.

Kingergarten - Your child must be 5 years old on or before September 30.

Please register your child for PreK or Kindergarten at the school he/she will attend for the 2008-2009 school year.  Registration hours are 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

Monday, April 21, 2008 - Belle Chasse Primary School
Tuesday, April 22, 2008 - South Plaquemines Elementary School
Wednesday, April 23, 2008 - Phoenix High School
Thursday, April 24, 2008 - Boothville-Venice Elementary School
Monday, April 28, 2008 - Belle Chasse Primary School

PreK Requirements: certified birth certificate 3 proofs of residency immunization/medical record social security card (child & parent) proof of income/current check stub 2007 tax return custody/legal documents (if applicable)

Kindergarten Requirements: certified birth certificate 3 proofs of residency immunization/medical record social security card (child & parent) custody/legal documents (if applicable)

It is important to register in April so screening procedures can be scheduled.

NOTE: PreK openings will be limited for the 2008-2009 school year.  ALL documents must be received before registration is considered complete.
